On the 9th of July 2021 the current certificate for the Voice API service will be expiring.

The certificate will be renewed on Monday the 7th of June 2021 and the public key will be provided in PEM and DER format for download.

The certificate change is scheduled for Monday the 22nd June 2021 at 23:00 UTC. The certificate for voice.messagebird.com will be affected. Though the vast majority of applications will not be impacted in any way, there is a possibility that some applications are performing a comparison of the certificate with a local copy.

Resolved - Facebook has informed us that their services have recovered from an earlier outage impacting media message delivery.
The media message delivery service is now up and running.

Monitoring - Facebook has advised us that their team is currently investigating an issue that is impacting the delivery of WhatsApp media messages. Customers may be seen that the outbound media messages are being rejected by our Conversations API.
Our engineering team will continue monitoring this incident.
