Within the scheduled window, outbound messaging and message statuses will be unavailable on Inbox, Omnichannel Widget, Conversations API, and Flows supported by the Conversations API. Inbound messaging on these products will be delayed.

No messages will be lost during this time and normal service will resume once maintenance has been completed. Other services, including SMS, Voice, and Dashboard functionality, won’t be affected.

This certificate rotation will trigger SMPP server restarting and all connections will be disconnected for a couple of seconds. All connections should recover afterward automatically after the successful certificate rotation. Additionally, we advise you to establish connections to all the 3 SMPP servers for failover purposes.
