This maintenance only affects Turkey WhatsApp channels (+90).
Our engineering team will perform a task to increase the maintainability of our WhatsApp on-premise for Turkey channels.
This activity will start at 9 AM CET and end at 5 PM CET. During this time frame, your WhatsApp Turkey channel will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes.
Within the 30 minutes of downtime, outbound messaging and message statuses will be unavailable on Inbox, Omnichannel Widget, Conversations API, and Flows supported by the Conversations API. Inbound messaging on these products will be delayed. These messages will be automatically queued for you and delivered once the channel has been upgraded.
