Today, we observed that the customers of Flow Builder were not receiving alert notifications, while the evidence is that those alerts should have been triggered. The analysis has shown that the alerting functionality has not been working correctly from November 2nd until November 16th (10:45:44AM CET), during which the customers didn't receive any alerts.
At this moment, the issue is resolved.
We believe that the tolerance to delays or missed notifications triggered by Flow Builder Alerts functionality should be close to zero. We apologise to our customers who are relying on this functionality in their operations for not delivering a stable service. In the upcoming days, actions will be taken to make sure that this issue doesn’t happen again. We’re also going to make sure that the detection time for this type of system outage is lowered to the scale of minutes.
