From 15:00 CET to 15:13 CET, our Conversations API has experienced delays in sending messages and returned errors retrieving messages and conversations. Delay messages have been sent. Inbox and FlowBuilder users may have experienced errors on their respective user interfaces when viewing tickets and messages.

Our engineering team has identified the issue and resolved it. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
