Database upgrade maintenance scheduled on the 18.11.2021 between 21:00 and 21:15 PM CET to improve our overall database performance.

Within the scheduled window, outbound messaging and message statuses will be unavailable on Inbox, Omnichannel Widget, Conversations API, and Flows supported by the Conversations API. Inbound messaging on these products will be delayed.

No messages will be lost during this time and normal service will resume once maintenance has been completed. Other services, including SMS, Voice, and Dashboard functionality, won’t be affected.
