Inbox: delay in realtime updates about tickets

Between 13:20 UTC and 16:25 UTC we had degraded performance in our system. Inbox customers may have experienced slow performance when loading tickets on the dashboard. Some customers may have experienced timeouts resulting in tickets not loading.

We can confirm that tickets were created in time but real-time events to update the front-end were delayed.
