As part of MessageBird’s ongoing network optimisation, on the 16th of November from 08:00 to 10:00 CEST we are going to migrate some or all of the numbers you host with us to a new infrastructure which will allow us to offer more features for our SIP trunking and Numbers products in the future.
We do not expect any impact to your business during the migration, as this has been properly planned and tested by our engineering teams, however, it is our responsibility to be transparent with our business partners. And provide you a place to send questions, concerns, or requests by contacting our support team.
Unfortunately, this maintenance time cannot be changed as we needed to schedule with our vendor(s).
