As part of our ongoing effort to improve our global communication network, we will be upgrading our Voice Inbound Calling Infrastructure on 19/11/2020 from 20:00 - 21:00 CEST. We are performing this maintenance to our new highly-available set of voice proxies.

We do not expect any impact to your business during the migration, as this has been planned and tested by our engineering teams and it is our responsibility to be transparent with our business partners. If you have questions, concerns, or requests, please contact our support team.
